This way you will get a good balance between mono-unsaturated fat (olive), poly-unsaturated fat of the omaga-3-type (fish) and poly-unsaturated fat of the omega-6-type. If you are serious in your endeavors to stay that trip to the cosmetic surgeon, that eat at least 3 fish meals a week. Oily fish is the best salmon, trout, mackerel, and tuna as they contain more of the anti aging nutrients your skin needs. 4:Just a very moderate amount of butter, Soya oil, corn oil and palm oil and watch the amount of sugar, refined flour or refined cereals you eat as these foods will only hasten the trip to the cosmetic surgeon. 5: Try to keep up some kind training that gives a muscular load workout, stretching and bending.
