How to sense your body energy?

Sensing your body’s energy is essential for healing.  Your body’s energy can reveal a lot of hidden information such as cellular memories.  Every cell responds to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. You can release the negative cellular memories when you sense their energy. Sensing subtle energy can help you stay healthy. Diseases never appear just out of blue. Subtle changes precede most physical symptoms. If you catch imbalances in your body before you have pain or a full-blown disease you can stop the problem before it begins.
